Improve Filters in Ticket Events

Hi all,
 
as suggested, I open this thread to ask an improvement of filters management in Ticket Events.
 
Example : If I want to do something when a Ticket was transferred to one or more Departments, I need to create 1 or more Events for each Department, and this has no sense.
 
What we (Smartertrack admin) expect, is that in a Ticket Event we can choose more values in filters, not only one (egual or different).

As noted in your other thread, we are interested in this feature. It is currently in the very early stages of internal discussion.

After further discussion, the event system is extremely complicated, and this would not be an easy feature to implement. It is something that we would like to do at some point, but we have other tasks that are higher priority and apply to a broad user base.
