Recurring Appointment cancelation

Steps to recreate:

- A recurring Meeting invite is received from meeting organizer. Organizer is using MS Exchange

- Invited received by me using SM 16.3.6726 and Meeting is accepted and added to calendar

- Organizer cancels a single instance of the meeting

- Cancellation notice is received by SM, and the Delete button in the e-mail is clicked on to removed the cancelled meeting from the SM calendar

- ALL occurrences of the meeting are removed from the calendar.
