Customized Menu

I would PAY money to have a link so that we could integrate SM with our CRM (or anything else you would want to link to). 
The exchange of data we can do through APIs/REST, but being able to have one place where we can link out to other services that we provide, would be priceless :)
 
All I want for Christmas with a new release, is where we can place our links in SM out to another page (customized menu).
