Currently we do not support this feature. There are several difficulties that come with trying to implement a feature like this. Any ticket that is created via email would not be able to have this information since it is not something that is reliably passed with the email. The only tickets that could reliably benefit from this feature are ones created through the portal side, or through API call. Even then this could often end with only receiving the public network IP instead of a machine specific private IP.
