Cannot see tickets Smartertrack 12

Not A Problem
Hi,
 
from internal network Smartertrack work correctly, but when I try from external network (we have exposed https), the log in work, but If I click on a Queue, the list of tickets doens't appear, I see "Loading...".
 
I tried with more browsers and networks, but this problem persist.
 
What can I do ?

This seems to be a more complex issue than something we could solve in this thread. I would suggest opening a support ticket to. There a more tools and diagnostic options available with a support ticket.
