Hi,
 
there is the possibility to check which user and at what time it added a "related items" to a ticket ?
 
I tried to check in the db, but I can't find this information.

SmarterTrack does not log when a related item was added to a ticket, nor the agent that added the related item.

Beginning with SmarterTrack Build 6910, the ticket, chat, and call log histories will include entries for when a related item is added or removed.
