I'm running SM 15.7.6614. I noticed an email got stucked in spool and it only has .eml file with no associated .hdr file.

 

Inside .eml, it contains the SMTP commands instead of mail content. Has anyone seen this and how to prevent this?

 

Note that I opened a ticket but SM team was unable to solve it. They recommended me to turn off antivirus to scan spool, but I didn't do so because I have McAfee scanning .eml files since Smartermail v.6 withtout this kind of issue before.
