Aliases & Mailing List Not Showing Up After Migration

I have moved one of our clients from Smartermail 12 to Smartermail16. Using this guide https://portal.smartertools.com/kb/a2726/move-a-domain-from-one-smartermail-server-to-another.aspx
 
After moving the domain over, none of the email addresses, mailing lists, and aliases showed up in the new interface. I tried starting and stopping the smarter mail service and I also rebooted the server. I did get the email addresses to work by using the Attach User command in the manage domains section. Is there anyway I can get these mailing lists and aliases to show up?

Anyone from Smarter Tools want to chime in? Really need help with this.

Could I possibly have someone provide an update on this? Were there any changes made to how mailing lists work from 12 to 16?
