Norwegian language pack

We have an old norwegian translation (xml) and now want to "upgrade" this to Smartermail 16.x - any fast way of doing this?
 
I seen a lot of threads we you are referring to a guide, but not actually linking to one, and the only guide I could find looks like the old way of doing translations (xml). Please send me a link to the new guide :-)
