I moved a domain to another mail server, but when I send an email from a smartermail to that domain. it won't reach. I have not deleted the domain and mailboxes, I did rename the domain in smartermail but emails just won't leave.
I can send and receive email from other places just from smartermail server i have issues.

Hi Enrique. Can you please provide a bit more info? Are you seeing error messages? What do your SMTP and delivery logs say? Does the message you are sending get stuck in the spool on the sending server? Receiving server? Thanks.

I had 4 domains with Smatermail, I move one to a hosted service, but the 3 left in the smatermail server are not able to send emails to the one I moved to the hosted server. emails never reach. they go to the old mailbox in the smartermail that we are no longer using.

Ok I understand. That is happening because when you send locally, DNS is not queried so the messages just go to the local mailboxes. What you would need to do is remove the 1 domain from your SmarterMail server. Once you do that, it will no longer be local and the mail you send will end up on the correct server in the correct mailboxes.
