Unable to change any setting in Protocols page

Hello,
We are unable to change any setting in the Protocols page. If, for example, we change the Allow Relay or Require Auth Match setting and press Save and then go back to the Protocols page, nothing changes, we see the same settings that were before we tried to change them. What could the problem be?

More to that: I want to add an IP range to whitelist and enable SMTP Auth Bypass. After I enable the setting, it reverts back to OFF. All other settings (SMTP, POP, IMAP, XMPP) remains ON, but SMTP auth Bypass changes back to OFF.
It seems we can't change anything related to SMTP protocol.
Please help, this is very annoying. Before upgrading to SM 16.3 from 15.7 we did not had this problems.

I also wanted to change the greylisting settings in the Antispam page and that doesn't work either. It goes back to the default setting.
