Missing page title for knowledge base v13.1.6600.17442

Hi.  In the ST portal, the Knowledge Base page title is missing.  Home (Portal - CompanyName), News (News - CompanyName) and Tickets (View Tickets - CompanyName) are all fine.  For Knowledgebase, the page title is just showing "CompanyName" without the prefix.  Thanks!
