Notes on Outlook 2016 is not syncronized using active sync

Hello Guys, 
Im having an issue with outlook 2016 ( with ActiveSync ) after I changed the windows register :
1. First, make sure you close down Outlook 2016.
2. Make a back up of your Registry. If you're unsure how to do this, instructions can be found HERE.
Next, download our file: You can save the file anywhere on the client machine.
3. Once it's downloaded, you will need to extract the .REG file. Then, simply double click on it to quickly modify the Registry.
4. Now, you can re-open Outlook 2016 and add your new account as needed.
After did that, the Notes is not syncronizing with the webmail. The notes is showing nothing. Is there any workaround to solve this kind of issue? We use Smartermail version 15.5. I really appreciate if someone can give me a light to solve this issue. Thank you.
