Hi, Roeland...just to make sure, you mean "SmarterTrack", right?
I just tested this and closed 8 tickets and it worked just fine: tickets statuses changed and my counter updated to reflect the bulk action. Maybe refresh the cache in your browser? Also, if you look at the dev tools in Chrome, are you seeing any errors in the console or on the Network tab?
