Absolutely miniscule formatting error

Hi, absolutely not a high-priority "bug", but the lower-right corner of the "Alerts" button at the top-right corner of the portal is not rounded.  Using Version 13.1.6600.17442.

We are testing a fix for this, and it should be included in the next 13.1 release.

The fix for this styling issue was included in the 13.1.6614 version that was released last Friday.
