We have this situation: we have 3 meeting rooms set up as shared resources in SmarterMail and we use the feature of booking them very often. However, a user just realised that he has booked one of the rooms with a recursive meeting that occurs each day at a set hour, but now that meeting no longer takes place, so he needs to remove the booking from the meeting room. Only that he cannot see the original event that he created when he booked the room in the first place in his calendar, so he cannot remove the recursive booking from that room. Moreover, when clicking on the "Room Reserved" item in the calendar, there is no useful information or option that would help with this problem.
Now, how do we go about deleting this reservation?
Also, it would be useful if for the original creator of a booking, when he clicks on that booking, he has an option to open the calendar event that created the booking.
