Custom Message Variables

Do Custom Messages support variables? If so, which ones? For example, when creating the "After Ticket Submission" custom message, I was trying to see if it was possible to add the Ticket Number; just as it's added in the default Ticket Submission.

Currently, only the custom messages accessible through the Live Chats settings support variables. The currently supported variables are listed in a separated field below the text boxes in that area. We are discussing adding variables to the other custom messages.
