Emails from Sent Items deleted after upgrade from 11 to 16.3.6572

Hello,
 
The emails on Sent Items root were deleted. If there is folders inside Sent Items the emails inside those fodlers remain there.
 
I restore emails to tmp folder and then moved the emails to Sent Items root, it moved and then disapeared.
If I send an email, the email keep on Sent Items root.
I can restore emails into Sent Items\Restore and they keep there.
 
Is this a known bug? Is there some settings that make this behaviour?

Hi ,

i am facing some issue with smarter email tool. one of the user sent items email are missing . can't see any emails.

Andreas / Ramachandran, are the actual GRP files missing from those folders on the server?  If not, stop the mail service. Delete the mailbox.cfg from any folders that are not showing. Then restart the mail service.  This will cause SmarterMail to rebuild that folder and the messages should appear again.
