Is there any way to set a limit of times a survey is offered to an individual after a Chat? The PHB's are requesting that I ask for the survey to all participants, and after they've seen the or done the survey x amount of times to not offer it again.

At this time, SmarterTrack does not have the ability to ensure that a user does not see a specific survey after they've answered it a given number of times. We will be taking this idea under consideration for future development.
