when i disable the chat feature for entire domain,

the domain admin can still find the "Chat Search" at left menu,

i just wonder if you can add a detect function,

if system admin had choose
(1) disable it automatically
(2) leave it when there has chat log

or if there is no chat feature and do not close the feature,

domain admin may ask why it existed.
