Pricing of Technical Support - limited time or permanent?

I see that the pricing of Technical Support has been marked down.  Is this a limited-time markdown, or a permanent one?
 
I'd like to buy some tickets, but at the same time they expire within a year.

Thanks Linda!  I was just able to confirm with the SmarterTrack team directly that the promotional pricing is good through the end of November.
