Does UI exist for editing strings in en.xml?

Is there an admin UI page for editing the file SmarterTrack\MRS\App_Data\Translations\en.xml?

No, there's no UI for it. They're simply edited via a text editor or an XML reader/editor.

No problem, we can edit the file.

It is safe to assume that changes in the APP_DATA folder will persist after upgrading to a new version?
