I sent a test file, that is malware (tested and verified with VirusTotal) through SM, ClamAV reported nothing, SM delivered the attachment. So I scanned the attachment using the same clamd service (scanned using clamdscan) and it immediately reported the infection.

 

I tested about 3 dozen other known infected files and all of them with the exception of 1 made it through, though all of them are reported by ClamAV when using the command line scanner.

 

Is anyone else seeing this as well?
