How to create an auto-responder for every language?
You only have, for example one Template for "Auto-close ticket", but I need different "auto close ticket" autoresponders depending on the language.  It is not a string really that can be translated, it needs to be a complete template that needs to be translated to different languages.
 
If this is not possible, then the Email templates are worthless in a multi-lingual application (that is not fully multilingual).
