ST13 - Has API been updated?

Just wondering if the SmarterTrack API has been updated to work with ST13.

what do you mean by updated? its the same one as before. Based on Soap and XML instead of HTTP and JSON, the standard for over 5 years.

I'm confused why it would not work with V13. It should. Nothing changed with the web api, another disappointment.

API is working the same for us. Don't see any major changes.

We upgraded to ST 12 > ST 13 and all of our API calls worked perfectly without mods - keep in mind that you will need to update the new web.config file to allow access.

Brad - Thanks for the reply. I'm just getting started with the API.

Would you mind giving me a general idea of that you are using the API for? I have a feeling it would be helpful but want to get some ideas. Thanks.

We use it to originate support tickets from us to customers, to read tickets, see ticket counts etc.

Same. We also use it to pull KB articles to display the content in our website based on customer searches.
