ST13 - Bring back the good old horizontal table for the ticket list (please vote up you want this too!)

I really, really dislike the new format of the ticket list.  For so many reasons:
  • There's a huge amount of wasted space
  • It looks terrible
  • There are fewer columns available (for the given space) and adding columns (or rows in this case) exacerbates the problem
  • It requires a ton of scrolling to see the entire list of tickets
 
Please consider offering an option to display the ticket list exactly as seen in ST12.

I agree, the new interface is now a whole lot less productive and simple tasks before take a lot longer to do.
 
For example, without the columns at the top there is now no way of telling what agent a ticket is assigned to at a glance.
(unless I am missing something).
 
Please SmarterTools, add a "classic" theme option to restore the old behaviour, or at the very least go over the usability of the interface again to ensure tasks are easier to do than before, not slower!

I’d sacrifice my soul to have the SM 15 interface back. Or at least having it as an option.

So glad that we didn't upgrade yet. After being burned by the half baked SmarterMail 16, I think we are sitting this version of smartertrack out.
