When I attempt to upload a custom avatar (within the proper specs and file requirements), it will save and then fail to display my picture. I've tried multiple internet browsers, different pictures, and have attempted to log-in and upload from another computer in the system.

 

All other users on my network are able to currently upload and display custom avatars. And I am able to select the system standard icons like the 'Wavatars' without issue.

 

I've tried clearing the cache several times, and I even used to be able to upload my own months ago. I was even upgraded to Win10 from Win7, and a fresh system install made no difference.

 

Any ideas or tips would be appreciated. I believe I've tried just about everything I can think of.
