Cannot connect Outlook 2016 to SM 15.7.x

I deleted my email account to get it setup again in Outlook and resynced. It will not connect to "Exchange" or auto setup. I followed the link below as well and I cannot even get into a manual configuration mode. Are we SOL with SM 15.x and Outlook 365's latest Outlook version?
