I can't access the Administrator Panel

After some referrals, i decided to test smartermail on my Amazon Ec2. 
I installed the SmarterMail successfully, but i cant seem to access the Administrator Panel. All i get on the web page is "HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found."
 
Please, I need some help.

Hi Katherine, Did you follow the instructions on how to set up SmarterMail as an IIS site? Which version of IIS are you using?

Yeah, i followed the instructions.
Am using IIS version 7.x

I was able to get the issue fixed for Kathrine. I wanted to post the fix here. There were 2 things that were incorrect...
 
1.) Wrong IP bound in the SM IIS site.
 
2.) No authentication method enabled for the SM IIS site. I enabled Anonymous authentication. That fixed it.
