After upgrading to SmarterMail 16.3.6467 I have been getting complaints that users cannot see any attachments on their emails. This applies to images in the email  body and attachments. In the inbox list you can see the attachment icon but when you open the mail, there are no attachments to view.

 

The issue only seems to be happening on Outlook for Mac using EWS.

 

1. Is anyone else having this issue ?

2. Is it safe to rollback?

3. Can we all please get a 95% discount on the next upgrade protection because I am not understanding what I have been paying for recently with all these headaches SM16 is causing me :(
