Custom Report by Ticket Subject

Dear Support,

I have a requirement to generate custom report by Ticket Subject for classified category of the ticket.
Every subject have a prefix "[Category Issue - Identifier]" for every subject.
[Link - Jakarta] Kebon Jeruk can't connect to HO
[Server - QAD] Please check cloud can't access VNC
[Application - SAP] User Joe can't Login to SAP
So, all ticket will be category by subject if there's contain "[Category Issue - Identifier]"
Why I need this ?
Because I need a report for count a problem in a site and location where the problem occured.

After some internal discussion, we have decided that we will not be implementing this feature. We suggest adding a custom field to your ticket templates and use a database reporting tool to generate this report.
