How do you make comments added count as resetting the Idle timer for tickets?

Sometimes my guys resolve problems in person or phone calls etc, and to make things quick I have them just add a comment. But it doesn't reset the Idle timer - any ways to resolve?

Hi Mark. That's not current functionality in SmarterTrack.
