Restoring a Folder in SM16?

How do you restore a single folder for a user in SM16?  The help article I found only seems to apply up through 15.x.

The process is essentially the same, just in a different location. Log in as the System Admin and from the Manage tab, clic on Manage. In the Actions (...) menu you'll see the options to Attach User, Attach Folder or Rebuild Folder.
