Enable / diable user login with API

Hi!
Is there any way to manage user accounts via api?
e.g. enable/disable user to login
 
We use smarter track 12.5

I am VERY interested in this also. If I can push a username/password from a session variable, it would REALLY help consolidate things on my side!
