Missing message field in webmail from smartphone

Hello.
We are running SmarterMail Version - 15.1.6005 on windows 2012 r2 server.
If we compose a new email from a smartphone (Android or iOS) the message filed is missing, we can compose the recipient and subject field but there isn't the message field.
 
Mail was correctly delivered but obviously without any message.
 
Could yuu help us?
