SM16: Unable to View Raw Content in shared resource

Hello,
 I have a shared mailbox(with full control) in which when clicking 'View Raw Content' on any message, nothing happens(the raw message does not appear). This does work correctly for messages in my own mailbox.
 
(Edit to add: All other 'View ...' work just fine)
