SM16 - Folder update

I have a problem with my SM16.
After a while the SmarterMail service stops working and the incoming folders, junk mail, is not automatically updated.
So for me to know if a new email arrived, I have to keep pressing the f5 key or navigating between one and another folder.
Besides that if I delete a message, it is not deleted until I also refresh a browser.
Everything works again after I go to the SmarterMail service in IIS and restart.
 
Does anyone have a solution for this case?
