Smartermail and accpetance of meeting requests

Hello
 
I am using SmarterMail Enterprise Edition Version 15.5.6222. We are experiencing issues when we accept a meeting request in smartermail.
 
Sometimes the meeting gets added to the calendar and sometimes it does not and on top of that the sending party never get a confirmation of the acceptance.
