So, We are using SmarterPeeps, Smarter Mail 14.4xx something right now. Not sure if this has been changed for 15 of 16, if not this would really be helpful.

 

For Calendars : 

1) I would really like to get a 3 month view, and a 6 months view - in addition to Day, Week and Month.  It would make finding available dates for meetings a lot faster.

 

2) In the Monthly View, in order to move ahead like 5 months, I have to click the month arrow and then wait... like 45 seconds for it to change months 1 month forward.  Then click the arrow again, wait again another 45 seconds or so... 5 times (almost 5 minutes waiting) to move 5 months into the future to look at available dates.  It would be so much better if the "months" navigation was a drop down list so i could just click the list, select 5 months into the future and jump directly there. Same if there was a 3 month view as well, to be able to jump maybe 5 months or 8 months int the future, instantly
