Seems on v12.5 that if you are not part of a brand you cannot interact with that brand, including transferring of tickets?
Maybe this was part of this request to secure each brand - https://portal.smartertools.com/community/a86552/employees-should-have-access-to-only-the-brands-they-are-associated-with___.aspx
Which is all fine and good for those that need it, but is there a way to turn this feature OFF for those that don't need it?
We use the brands feature to segregate the countries that we service, but we need to be able to transfer tickets between brands as we don't have any security issues in doing so.
So can this feature be turned off and how so that all of our agents can again see all brands and departments to transfer tickets/chats to?
