we have 2 ip address for example below
1 :  192.182.12.12
2:  192.182.12.13
one ip 192.182.12.12 is configured with smarter mail outbound. so emails which is sent via web mail routing through ip 192.182.12.12.

another ip 192.182.12.13 is configured with dns records like smtp.mydomain.com & pop.mydomain.com. so emails which is sent via outlook or web application routing through ip 192.182.12.13

here this ip i192.182.12.12 is not blacklisted working fine. we have done recommended spam filters in smartermail.

but this ip 192.182.12.13 its getting repeatedly blacklisted how to stop spam outlook users or website

192.*.*.* IP addresses are private IPs and shouldn't be used on mail servers. It should be a public IP that is accessible from the outside. If you've got that, check the blacklist for that.

Ahh apologies. Have you setup rDNS for your hostname with the IP address of your server? Also have you got SMTP authentication set a requirement to send emails? If that is off, spammers might be using your server to send emails and thus getting you blacklisted.

Have you ensure that SMTP authentication is on and that SMTP relay is only on for authenticated users?

Is it one user or many users that are sending all these emails? Sounds like their accounts might be compromised. Have you tried changing their password and restarting the smartermail service?

1 user if we block the user. after 1 or 2 weeks spamming happen with other domain user. we have changed password and restarted.

I'm starting to wonder if they've got a compromised computer at their end? Do all the outgoing spam originate from the same IP addresses? You could also block those.

how to identify from which ip address getting spam?

If you search the SMTP logs for the email address that is spitting out so much spam and it'll show you the IP is comes from. If its the same one throughout, blacklist that one.

Hi. We offer a free program called Declude which comes with an anti-hijack component. Once you install it, it will catch any spam mail leaving your server from a compromised account. You will be notified when it stops the spam and it will tell you which account is compromised so you can address it and resolve the issue. This will keep your server off of blacklists. If you would like to give it a try, you can download it here: http://mailsbestfriend.com/downloads/ there is also a user manual at the bottom of the page to show how it works. Again, the Declude program is 100% free. I hope this helps.
