Actions button on Who's Online not working

I am using SmarterTrack Version: 12.2.6074
Who's Online-- We can no longer select an online user and click the Actions button to invite the user to a chat. The button is visible, but it just doesn't expand when clicked.  Is there a setting somewhere that is causing this behavior?
