Is it possible to insert a "custom link" to our own admin inside SmarterTrack?

We currently solve issues as:
  1. check the ticket in SmarterTrack
  2. find the related user's e-mail in our own admin system by copy-pasting the e-mail from SmarterTrack
  3. and so..
Is it possible to add a link inside each ticket automatically like:
  • http://ouradminsystem.com/?email=ticketSenderEmail 
so that we can instantly get redirected to our own admin by searching the related e-mail?
