Show all tickets (active and waiting) in the same view on the standard Tickets page

Hi ST-Team,

first of all i wish you a happy new year from germany.

It would be nice to view all tickets (active and waiting) in the same view on the standard Ticket page.

At the moment this can only be found using the advanced search options but i can´t save that view for future use.

A feature like this would be very beneficial for us.
