So if we, and by "we" .. I mean SmaterTools too, have different brands (i.e. SmarterMail, SmarterTrack) .... why or how can one limit the "search" on the knowledge base to a specific brand. What am I missing??
In other words, if I want to search for LDAP or ActiveDirectory interface for SmarterTrack in KB, I end up seeing things for SmtartMail. For our own SMTrak, I want the users.. to be able to search only on the specific brands /products that they are using.
