Dynamic Custom Fields

In our system we have a number of different ticket categories, it can be difficult getting clients to submit all of the relevant details in the initial ticket submission. We would like the ability for the creation of dynamic custom fields depending on the ticket type.
 
For instance, if a user is submitting a ticket in category X, this will dynamically display fields A, B and C where the users are required to supply specific content. If they select category Y, then fields E, F, and G will be displayed.
 
Also, the ability to make certain custom fields required would be great.

This would be very handy to allow more specific information that is relevant to support requests to be filled in.

This would be awesome, especially when clients submit tickets on multiple solutions.
 
It would allow us to have more specific questions asked when they are submitting tickers, will save time so we don't have to go back to the client to get more information.

I'm still surprised after years that ST doesn't have something like this.  We have thousands of customers and the only way we can "assign" the ticket to the customer is manually entering in the domain name for each ticket.
