Day three and the log files just keep being downloaded.  Anyone have a clue why this is happening?  The tool is useless as I cannot run reports until the logs are processed.

Does anyone read these cries for help?  I have built a completely new server and the smarterstats 11.2 server just keeps downloading over and over and over and over.........

We figured it out.  The log files from the web server were gigabytes in size because of a status call built into a status bar on the web page that created millions of calls to the web server.  This was fixed and the millions of lines removed from the log files.  Now everything works again.
