API Links aren't working

So I've been trying to read the documentation since last week about the API for SmarterMail and all the links that are linked are broken.

Example 1: mail.smartertools.com/services/

Example 2: mail.smartertools.com:59422/services/

Can someone point me in the right direct if these are no longer the right links?

mail.smartertools.com:59422/services/ should be working, I've confirmed this page is available and accessible from multiple sources.

When you attempt to navigate to this URL, are you presented with any error ?
