Shared Folders - questions

hello
 
so couple of question on shared folders as a client wants to create and use a load for sorting their customer emails
 
1. Does smartermail still not support subfolders in shared folders,without mapping each one individually?
2. I've created a shared test folder, mapped it to my account but can't see it in Outlook 2013 (IMAP) - should I be able to ?

Miles, SM currently doesn't support subfolders in shared folders.
 
But I agree, it would be a nice feature to have. Vote for it here:

yeah i figured that might still be the case.
 
second question about IMAP though, surely I should see the shared folder in IMAP ? otherwise it's just a webmail feature and no help to me...

well shared folders appear not to work in IMAP - annoying. Have removed and re-added the IMAP account, they are mapped resources and work fine in webmail.

Will contact support to find out if this is by design
