Allow inline images in tickets / easy way to identify attachments related to a specific comment

It can become very difficult to easily view the correct screenshot associated with a particular ticket reply or comment entry. It would be great to either have the images that were embedded in say an email response (people sending a screenshot) to show in the ticket or to have a little paperclip icon (next to the gear icon?) or something against the particular comment / reply listing the attachments associated with that entry.
